High Vibes Festival

We went to the Northcote festival today. My friend Charlotte entered
the dancing competition. I thought she was great, but the judges were
looking for more urban styles and her balletic pirouettes didn't
earn the points they deserved.

Its my birthday morning and I am opening presents here. You can see I

(Byron Lighthouse) Dad says this is significant for some reason. Mum

Me and Finn (Finn and I)

Hi folks, here I am with Mum, Ricci and my buddy Finn (he is eating
one of my BreadSticks...!) This is the balcony of the house we stayed
at in Suffolk Park (Near Byron Bay). Daddy is pining for the beach
already and is on a website called Seek even as I type this..

Family day at the beach

Mum and Dad lifted me up out of the horrible wet sand. They are
having a hard time convincing me that the beach is actually fun. You
try walking around with wet sand up your bum and tell me thats fun..
(I fall on my bum a lot at the moment)

Sick day for me, so I get to hang out with Ben

I have been a little poorly lately (hell, I projectile vomited on mum
tonight, at least a litre of me all over her and the bed (heh heh)
Anyway, Daddy had to stay home from work to look after me, cos mummy
had been up all night and was totally knackered (her words, not sure
what knackered is..I imagine it's tasty)
So, I got to get pushed around in the pram out the front of our house
for hours on end, (Cos I've worked out that if you grizzle adults
will do anything to keep you quiet...yes kids, anything)

The toboggan ride

Oh yeah, after they made me kiss the white cold guy, they stuck me on
this big plastic tray and shoved me down a hill. Everyone else
thought it was fun, I didn't pah, THey called the white grass stuff
snow..it sure was, snow fun that is..

Me and the white cold guy

I went away with Mum and Dad and a bunch of their noisy friends on
the weekend. We drove in the car for ages, I fell asleep, and when I
woke up we were still in the car. That was boring, so I screamed a
lot and mum and dad had to stop and let me crawl around in the grass
for a while. Anyway, next day, we drove in the car for ages again, I
fell asleep, than we stopped. When I opened my eyes, the grass had
changed colour, it was now white, and worst of all, its was really
really cold... Mummy and some friends collected handfuls of the white
grass and made this scary man you can see it the photo. Then they
made me get up and give him a cuddle. gross, you an see I wasn't very
impressed with that idea.. That was my day at the white grass place

Dinner time

Do you know what, food sucks, unless it's white and comes out of a
bottle with a teat I don't want to know. Here I am demonstrating what
I think of the orange goop these adults try to serve up to me.
They try various tricks to get me to eat food, one of which is
distracting me with cats, another favourite is getting different
people to try the feeding, this time it was Grandma, different
technique, sane result: Talk to the hand, cos the mouth aint eating.

Sharing is nice

Unless of course the person you're sharing with is a greedy pig like
daddy. Look how much bread stick I got and look at the big piece he
got...ripped off!

Blah

I havent blogged for a few days so here is one of those entries where
I just accompany a very cute picture of me. Well I reckon I look
pretty cool in this arty photo mum took in the park the other day.
Great.

Me at the Art Gallery...Eating gravel, yum

Not sure if you guys know this, but eating Gravel is fantastic for
your digestion. Birds do it, so do I. It's the new diet tool.
Oh yeah, we are at the art gallery here, I like to sample gravel from
various locations to see which gravel is the best from both a Flavour
and grittiness point of view.

This my new friend Sky, she has just moved East from W.A. she's only
2 months older than me but twice the size and running around like a
clever little monkey. Sky tried to steal me bike but in the end we
worked out that we could both fit on we weren't moving all that fast
though.

Taking over the DJ'ing duties

Since Daddy's officially 'Retired' from DJ'ing, I have decided to
take over. Someone has to do something with all those damned records
he's got cluttering up the shelves. This photo shows me organising my

Mum brought home a couch for me the other day. It's my own little

Charlotte is getting a grip on babysitting

See what happens when you get 4 year olds to look after babies . This
is my buddy Charlotte who I have mentioned before. She is taking
matters into her own hands (and my neck) at the pub the other night
whilst mum and dad spent quality time with some weird gold coloured
liquid.

do. I say they are for walking on, she swears on something called

Mum and Dad think it's mighty amusing that they have gated me into
the lounge room. Personally I think it is just plain criminal, I am

Dad was very proud of the new haircut mum gave him, so much so he
forced me to pose with him. I think I am rather dashing, dad is an
old dag.

My first trip on the bike

Mum and Dad have gone to some trouble to get me ready for my first
bike trip. We are on our way to CEREs which is why mum dressed me and
her like hippies (so we would fit in).
I reckon I look pretty good in this outfit, and best of all I don't
have to pedal.

I love my food

Dad says I am a bit of a messy eater. I say I just love to be
involved with my dinner.

Footy tipping for daddy

Dad gets me to do his footy tips at work. He was doing crap anyway and I reckon he just wants an excuse to tell his mates at work. He filmed us doing the tips, as you can see I love footy.

The Virgo Clan

This was taken at my house last week its a picture of my Baby group and the Mummy's it was our last picture with Harriet (on the left) We had lots of fun, I enjoy pulling everyones hair hehe. Lucy wasnt there that day as she was flying to New Zealand, damn it she beat me overseas, now she'll have a fancy stamp in her passport Doh!
Well not much else has been happening I have more teeth giving me trouble and Mum trouble so soon I will have six and the irony is I dont even like solids so whats the point, I have punctured two of my inflatable balls though.
I did get to go to the Zoo yesterday Mum was trying to distract me from my teething and it kinda worked I got to see monkeys and elephants having a bath and some wet seals having there lunch.

ANother of Dad's home made videos, this one is from New Year, when we went down to that place with the big water that you couldn't drink (it tasted like old socks...) Dad called the big water "C" I still don't know what it had to do withthe alphabet.

Anyhoo, they stuck me in the bouncer to keep the dogs amused, apprently.

8 Months old!

Hi everyone, guess what I turned 8 months yesterday what a big girl I am. Its been an action packed week we had playgroup, Willow and Rupert tried to teach me to crawl, Im nearly there but its still doing my head in, think Ill just concentrate on walking instead. Ive been buzzing around on my little bike, actually Mum has been pushing me really fast and its great, the cats get out of the way pretty fast too. there has been a bit of dancing around the house this week and not just in the Jolly Jumper, Ive been calving up the dance floor in my hot pink skirt, which Dad thinks is too short but Baby Rupert didnt seem to notice.



We said goodbye to my friend Harriet who is moving to Sydney that was a bit sad but Im sure she will be back soon to play.


Mostly I have been hanging out in the kitchen with Mum playing with pots and pans that me standing up lening against the kitchen bench that Nana put together, her special skill is assembling Ikea furniture, they should hire her to do tutorials for the dumbos who cant follow instructions.
